The architecture stage is a highly-personalized process. Our architects work to understand your family and lifestyle as well as your individual needs for a remodeled home. Then, they translate your vision into a conceptual design beginning with hand sketches moving onto CAD to help communicate the look and feel of the remodeled area. At Texas Artisan Homes, we know that visuals are essential for ensuring that were on the right track with our plans and that our clients can see the concept of design.
03 / Interior Design
While you work with Texas Artisan Homes architects you’ll also work with our talented interior designers. These experts use the look and feel of the exterior of the home to inspire the interior cultivating an aesthetic that’s based on your need and wants. This team selects fine finishes that will make your home feel like… home.
04 / Budget & Planning
We believe it’s important to discuss budget early in the remodeling process to allow our architectural and interior design teams help you prioritize your desires for your home. Also, our architect and designer will work directly with our construction team to ensure that were using real numbers to create and accurate cost projection. Estimating and planning are done in house at Texas Artisan Homes so our clients are confident that they’ll get the remodeled home they want within the proposed budget.
